I can tell you that’s categorically false. Unless you count indirect or insignificant exposure. E.g. every Salvadoran has exposure because the Salvadoran govt has coins or they have $50 on Coinbase/WoS from a relative who gave them some as a demo tx.
Also, many people on the Street are still prohibited from buying Bitcoin by their employer.
