I thought the same thing. I wish I knew how to describe it. I like most jelly/jam things that are sweet. It has a very simple flavor, and not overpowering just a really light spread on toast or english muffin or whatever, I was very surprised.

Interesting.

He said he was going to try cutting the sugar in half or at least 2/3, and I'd agree it was a little too sweet.
