Then we are talking about the same game however, it is my belief that no matter what noble path you choose to change the game now for the future, it still has a way of ending the same way. In our lifetime, it may seem like we are heading to a better future, but what goes up must come down. We could simply be delaying what is inevitable. Human nature is a strong force.
That said, what does matter is now. As far as my experience goes, I’m winning now.

Ha! I don’t have lofty influence goals. My family and friends are big enough.
And maybe mine are too lofty. I think you can develop more efficient economic systems to provide Maslow’s needs.
A system is just as good as the people who participate in it. What works for some may not work for others. That economic diversity already exists now. People would much rather change their own that works even with its imperfections than go to some place where the system suits them.
Sure. More efficient public utilities (private) help solve this. And it’s not about providing Maslow’s needs, it’s about influencing the overall Spiral.
Perhaps. I think there are several ways. I preferred to remove myself out of the system. Slowly loosening reliance on institutions and corporations that provide those needed basic goods and services. I grow my own food at home now. Solar powers my home. People can hopefully learn that they don’t need much to live well.
I live in a city. That is not going to solve anything. Efficiently run utilities is probably the quickest solution. The majority of people cannot remove themselves from society.
I get it. I can only control what I can. I live in the mountains in Switzerland. I work with what I have around me.
Privatising utilities for better efficiency requires that you have reliable and trustworthy companies/people to run it. Do you believe such people exist in your city without running over people for profits?
