At the risk of mansplaining, you ~really~ should get at least one nylon one. I got the ones I have at a restaurant supply store for dirt cheap, but I just ordered these because they have the no-slip corners and I wanted a smaller one.

My friend nostr:npub1ynnetv6xr5df9szyqfdqxhyh79ppjf7vdhddqc30ervn23unt2lq2gnjqd and I were discussing, and six is not an accurate number because I didn't count my wooden ones. It's actually eleven.

I just heard my knives shriek in terror. ๐Ÿ˜‚

Right on with the plastic reduction. I try to use as little as possible, myself but there are some lines I won't cross.
