There's plenty of ancaps who are not proponents of open borders.

I would think the ancap position on open borders is "ask the property owner," no?

Good point, though a road owner has no inventive to screen the travelers

That doesn’t really work in practice. But even if it did people like public places so complete privatization of land will never happen. Imagine having to ask for permission each time you get on a road you don’t own, or a store, or park, etc. Hard sell for most people

Much of ancap logic works in theory, but not in practice or at large scales imo.
