In my line of work (massage therapy), I connect and meet up with either a difficult client (one with tough movement patterns) or a fellow therapist and have one of my teachers from massage school watch me give a massage. It’s brutally hard to relax and just work because I’m on the spot and in the presence of a true master of the craft but it’s good for me. Mentorship is a secret weapon for growth.
