Real estate and stocks are also things with a fairly fixed supply and therefore worth owning in an inflationary environment.
A company may issue more stock, but they do so carefully, not wanting to dilute the value of their stock.
They build more buildings, but only so many per year. Also there's only so much land and they're not really making more land now are they?

I feel you. One doesn't even know where to begin. They obviously know so little about money and the current system that they would consider you a conspiracy theorist if you started. It's not like books haven't been recommended to them, but their laziness and 'wen lambo' mentality are written all over them and are exhausting.
It's hard to explain something to someone who still holds a dollar (fiat) denominated based reality. It's not easy to get out of that way of thinking but it's so worth it!
Agreed. Study #Bitcoin is the best advice of the 21st century. Every minute invested will increase your conviction, which increases your allocation. For that reason it will be your best paid job ever.
