I was mistaken. It hadn't worked. It required 3 sats/vByte to get bumped.

Maybe it's due to an anti-DDOS mechanism that requires RBF txs to be sufficiently higher for them to be accepted by the nodes.

The first had not worked. And I don’t know about the limit to RBF. I assumed it did not exist.
