Great episode. Dave is certainly very smart, and I like listening to him. The only issue I have with Dave is that, if you look at his Seeking Alpha & Twitter posts going back, he has predicted each and every year since 2013 that the “global bust” would happen within that year (although he has been ST bullish often, as he is now). I realize timing a supercycle is difficult, but in each of these 10 years, he has sounded as confident as he does today that his forecast will be correct within the next year. Maybe he will be right this time!
When you are wrong that often & that consistently people should stop listening to you. I used to read his tweets & not only has he been wrong for years he gets pretty annoyed with those that call him out for being wrong. When an eventual crash happens as we all know it will he will stand up & tell us how great he is for predicting it for the last 20 years. Tbh I was surprised Natalie interviewed him.
