Just an FYI: the byte counter tool you used assumed each character you pasted = 1 byte. As it was, the data you pasted is actually in hexadecimal format: 2 characters = 1 byte.

Satoshi-san and team decided that scarcity and immutability are absolute criteria. Unfortunately they left a back door open, making developers the single biggest threat to the viability of #bitcoin ⌠despite the decentralized nodes and miners, despite cryptography.

The real problem is spamâŚand the main cost is to people transactingâŚutxo bloat isnât good, but there are ways to handle thatâŚideally bitcoin could do something more effective about spam as op return isnât the favored method and thus is sort of orthogonal to the problem of spam.
