So one can be censored if 98 (or more) accounts report?
You can never be censored on Nostr because of the ability to run your own relay. Relays can apply their own rules to their own relays and in this case there’s been awareness raised about a particularly annoying profile.

I’m currently working on something that if successful, would allow relay operators to offload this responsibility to a community managed system. Ideally, relay ops would be able to focus on implementing NIPs and providing an awesome service to users, rather than fighting spammers each on their own.

I wonder if/when public relays will become unfeasible to run due to spam.
Acting based on 1984 is easy. What if 1984 reports have spams themselves 🤣
Tell me how to select people who will correctly post 1984 and will be uncorruptible and I will easily do spam filtering.
