I doubt that buying sats via Primal was the issue, as they would have reached out to us as well.
They should give at least a notice to him via mail but usually banks in the USA don’t explain the reason why they closed account! So, they will say we closed your account and left over of
your balance will be mailed to separately on check

I don’t believe you and the reason because I have had accounts that been closed by banks such as chase and citi and they NEVER explained the reason ! So, I only could assume that it’s because I been buying bitcoin on coinbase back in 2017 and they saw it but didn’t tell !
