I wonder what's wrong with the Phoenix wallet. Always wanted to top up and open the channel. But lightning payments always fail. Did I do something wrong

If you need to open a channel then you should way more than 3480 sats. That is not enough for even the fee. Send like 1mil if you have it

Yep. I’d def send at least 1M. No sense in having a tiny channel and having to keep splicing to make it bigger and bigger.
