The V4V Music app seems really nice (v4vmusic.com).

I guess major label artists will probably be the last to check out the v4v concept—they’re too tied up in the traditional system. But I think the indie scene is where this could really take off. More and more artists are questioning the old model, especially with how much they lose to the middlemen (direct connection to supporters, slow reporting, economy, etc). The v4v model feels like a real opportunity for creators to thrive without all the red tape. I’m excited to see how it evolves.
