also i am gonna say that i find it a bit of a struggle to make myself do two things - the walks, and the portuguese lessons i do while on them
i find i need to have some days off from doing it but i think if i manage to do it 5 times a week that i will have a big benefit
so, yeah, the "i gotta get the work done" thing does stop you from doing the "walk you need to do" but actually your work quality declines more than the time you took out to do the walk
i'm sure you will find the same thing when you finally get to it
it's very pretty places to walk around here also, though some of the slopes are a bit hard, i know what kind of landscape you got around you there, mostly fairly flat, or gentle slopes, and lots of dark forests to see mushrooms or deer scampering off in the distance, or farmers doing farmery things, it's very pleasant, and the air is very clean, i'm sure
It’s all habit, you just need to kickstart yourself. I try to jog 4 or 5 days a week, and if we’re away I feel guilty for not doing it. It doesn’t seem to do much for my waistline though 😂
yeah, i'm giving myself days off on the weekend but it's turning into my work day starting ritual... about 30 minutes doing a lap around the mountain and at the top i usually buy a red bull and sip it on the way back down to my place
I haven’t drunk a Red Bull in 20 years and I’m not starting again anytime soon 😄
well, good
but it works for me, and i don't have to get a doctor to prescribe it to me
gotta be careful tho, just one a day is enough
Not a criticism, energy drinks just aren’t for me is all 👍
yeah, the b vitamins and taurine help me a lot
