Exercise + Sleep + Protein are literally the best medicine for the human body.

I have been doing daily workouts at least 2 months and it has been pretty insightful.

Also trying a new fasting method of where I eat once, follow a 36-hour fast, eat again in the evening, and then continue into a 36-hour fasting cycle.

I chose pure black coffee, I needed a decent boost from my only 55% recovery and 90% sleep performance.

I always go decaffeinated now 🫣 how are you finding the fasting?

It's been fun, and on the days I eat, I consume a lot, which aids in my recovery quite well.

So far, it's been pretty good; it's only been a couple of weeks.

Well you have great will power! It’s not easy to fast that much.

Caffeine pure black for me every morning 🤦🏾‍♂️. The fasting I can definitely attest to though - it helps the body “feel good” overall. The details of the various benefits are for a longer comprehensive article. 😆
