There is a question that I can't figure out related to tags. Can someone, please, tell me how it works? How would I know which tags to use?

There are no rules for tags. Just make up and use whatever tags you think are relevant. They're are some more general purpose tags that will help you get visibility when you are new, like #plebchain and #grownostr. We also tend to add a -str onto words for tags just for fun like #catstr or #foodstr. I would also recommend not using tags that are irrelevant to your post just to increase visibility as that will annoy some people and may get you muted by them. Good luck and followed!

U should use multiple hashtag like one which u are able to find easily and one which makes u unique , for example:
#foodstr #annahealthfoodstr
I use #foodstr #chefstr for general food posts.
