hey guys I have sats in samourai wallet and trying to use the seed to open in another wallet and when I do it shows no sats but can see they are still there by address search. any idea how ro access

I'm not sure what the issue could be exactly, but you may need to import your seed with a different derivation path (a map to your UTXO), for where your sats are explicitly located in your wallet.

Maybe try sparrow wallet on your laptop/desktop. They have an option to import a samurai wallet file I believe.

I had a similar issue when trying to open an electrum wallet from seed, and I realized electrum doesn’t use bip39 seeds. I don’t understand the difference fully but from what I understand it uses a different set of seed words. Check if sparrow has a samurai import option
