I've heard those are good. I barely ever read novels, though.

I've read plenty of fiction and nonfiction, but I get a lot more out of fiction nowadays. Unless the subject of the nonfiction is particularly enlightening.

My interests bounce around so much, I don't think I'll ever run out of interesting nonfiction to read. Merry Christmas, Jay 🎄🫂

I go through phases. For a year or two, I'll read only non-fiction, and then switch for a year or two to almost only fiction. Bank and forth like a pendulum. Currently still deep in a fiction binge.

This year was a lot of fiction. Most of James Clavell's books, Project Hail Mary, Lions of Al-Rassan, Europe Central...

My wife loved Hail Marry. It's good, but it's on her Audible account and I tried listening to it with in a van full of people.

I think I need to try the dead tree version. The base 6 numbering system was interesting 🤔.

What fiction would you recommend?

Older fiction, for sure. The Alchemist is always a good read.
