textbook inflammation from plant toxins on the left.

once you know how to look for it, the realization sets in that practically all modern humans are living their lives in a chronically-inflamed state, with no idea that the culprit is the plants they're eating.

the human body is a carnivorous system. when you put plants in it, your health and looks will pay the price.

I love this rabbit hole. Uncovering yet another deception on a massive scale.

carnivore diet makes you become Asian ?

Not only asian, it turns you into an entirely different human, new nose, new mouth, everything apparently.

To think humans are purely carnivoroua is hilarious. Hammurabi in fucking babylon times knew that folks ate cattle AND grain, and encoded that fact into humanity's first laws.. This was thousands of years ago!

That said, everyone today would do better to eat more beef. No debate.

Humans are omnivores by biological design. This allows them to survive under diverse conditions in almost all geographical regions by consuming a wide range of plant and animal foods.

Humans have always been highly reliant on plant foods.

A whole food, plant-based diet lowers inflammation in your body.

A plant-based diet reduces the risk for chronic degenerative diseases including coronary heart disease, diabetes, obesity, high blood pressure and cancers such as prostate, breast, colon, stomach, lung and esophageal cancer.

All wrong. Research 👇

Weekly reminder that your puffiness won't be fixed by stacking more hours on the treadmill

You are inflamed by plant toxins. Pure and simple.

Cut those out by going carnivore for 90 days (beef, butter, bacon & eggs), and watch as you become the hottest you've ever been in your life (even if you exercise LESS)

I think a meat diet should be balanced with salads, because don't humans need fiber 🤔

I think the major culprit are grains. How old is the human race and how old is agriculture?

Do you think carnivore diet can help inflammatory disease like Ankylosing spondylitis ? This is a long-term inflammation of healthy joints. For me it attacks my spine, neck and knee.

I also have fragile bones, osteoporosis in my early 30s, although I consume a lot of calcium and vitamins D every day

Carnivore should definitely be tried. Everyone should try it for 60 days minimum to give your body rime to heal from all the inflammation caused by seed oils and gluten and the like.

Im curious What is your main sources of calcium?

Recently i start drinking spring water rich in calcium and magnesium.

All kinds of french cheese. Greek yogurt & skyr. Milk sometimes

I'm glad you mentioned animal based sources.

for example spinach is loaded with calcium but only a tiny fraction is bioavailable in that form. so little it shouldn't even be counted.

Humans are omnivorous and we can def get nutrients from plants but herbivores are really effective at it.

-its best to just eat those creatures.

* BTW, I still eat spinach.

Do you think it's better to switch the diet radically to carnivore only or reducing and replacing food gradually ?

to each their own but I had a ton of success just going all in.

mark sissons book Primal blueprint really clicked with me.

watch him on Rogan. great episode. led me buying and loving his book.

anyway, he says go hard core keto for two weeks while getting a good exercise in. (whatever that means for you) takes about two weeks to get your metabolism reoriented. then you start working back in the carbs you want to eat regularly.

-best to completely eliminate breads and processesed foods and go whole foods.

I no longer even think about snacks when I eat mainly meat.

-when I want bread I eat it. (lile when I'm out or whatever)

I don't know where you are in your reeducation journey so if you eat highly processed food all day, you may want to approach this as an elimination diet.

the goal is to have a new lifestyle not be on a perpetual diet.

nobody likes to diet. like I said, I don't even think about food anymore.

i have an electrolyte imbalance that carnivore diet can't fix, and i already have celiac so bread was really never on the agenda, and this also was how i ended up with an electrolyte imbalance

for me that means i have to pay a lot more attention to hydration and salts... i need potassium and magnesium and quite simply meat is not the best source of either of these minerals... milk is kinda good for K but magnesium the best is stuff like cabbage and spinach and lettuce, magnesium is the centre of the molecule that makes greens green, and potatoes and bananas are also both good for K, and no problem with celiac

it has been confusing for me because of my kidney problems, and i think it's something that potentially other people considering carnivore need to be aware of - it may not be helpful to them without the addition of good sources of especially the alkali metals (sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium)

of course, once the minerals are in better balance, the carnivore diet is more appropriate, i think

Curious if you eat any organ meats?

Also, Id think that eating a variety of nuts would help.

Magnesium and zinc are the only supplements Im really religious about. —Otherwise I count on snacks like Sprouted pumpkin seeds, pecans, cashews.

Ground flax, hemp seed and chia seed are always blended into any protein shakes I drink also.

I mix em them together and keep them in the freezer. Quick scoop.

Easy.

yeah, nuts are good for zinc and potassium, i wasn't aware they were good for magnesium, but it makes sense

i would eat more all kinds of things but they simply are not available anywhere near me on madeira... even in the centre of the capital city here it's hard to find things, but i could not live near there

i would guess that kidney is good for health of the kidney... liver is nice, it's just hard to eat a lot of it and it's better boiled than fried... it makes a nice addition to a mince, about 10-20% liver in mince and it is sooo much more tasty

but anyhow, potassium, in particular, is a thing in plants, that's what the K stands for in NPK... it's the weakest link when you have a chronic dehydration issue, caused by excessive consumption of diuretics (eg alcohol, caffeine, sugars)

Yeah I’m spoiled in the USA…

i'm moving because of this problem, it has been the bane of my life since moving to europe

and i'm not going back to australia no way no how
