While my water consumption throughout the day has increased, then I am quite sure that just chugging 750ml down in 5 minutes isn’t the healthiest way to go about it… 🫣🤣

It’s just that otherwise I’m gonna forget about it 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

Do what you gotta do to drink your water. If you’re able to drink that much you probably need it

I barely ever recognise that I’m thirsty. I feel it only after drinking water, with how much better I feel 😅💜

😂🤝

My mandatory 2L water per day is just me chugging three 750ml bottles of water at certain parts of the day 🤣🤣

“But I’m doing it…right?”

i honestly have no idea if i get to 2L btw

i dont track food intake anymore

wanted to get back in synch with my own body signals after doing keto for a couple months

i was so over it 😂

Oh wow, I’ve never followed a diet in my life. Never even counted calories or anything.

What was keto like?

good for me. i was overweight and lost a proper amount of weight bc of it + cardio (2018)

it thought me awareness of effects of specific food i eat (we need good fats, protein good, high carbs bad) and self-restraint.

i eat more often now, but lesser amounts at once. feel much healthier 🤸🏽‍♀️

was 100% worth it.. but damn it took a lot to get used to.. everything changes if you try cut out carbs/sugar and your body let's you know this. was very tired and grumpy initially.

also my friendgroup rly helped. we lifted eachother by rouletting organising lowcarb/keto dinner for eachother.

Ohhh, that’s so nice when your friends are in the same boat, helps to keep the vibes and discipline up, when you feel like not doing it 💜💜💜

I just have a large metal water bottle (1.1 L) that i make sure to refill at least once a day

Yeah, probably the best way to go about it 🤣

I don’t feel that I’m thirsty at all through the day, but when I was with my ex, the amount of times she told me “you look dehydrated” just stuck with me eventually 🤣💜

8 glasses of water is a myth.

That’s how my kid does it (well, me too).

Keto is great. Clear mind, lose weight, high energy. Normally take a weekend cheat days every 2-3 weeks.
