Honestly what's even worse for that problem than seed oils and sugar? Tampons. They have arsenic, lead, and other heavy metals. The cooter is one of the most sensitive and absorbing organs and we were raised to just... Don't ask just shove this up there. Be a woman!
I used to have terrible periods and now it's kind of a non-issue, the only thing I did was stop using tampons. (I have since done a lot more to improve health, but I've been side eyeing tampons since I solved that problem years ago.)
HOWEVER! Absolutely do not mention this to any woman, anywhere, regardless of your good intentions 🤣 Maybe leave the article in a conspicuous place and if they ask about it go "idk where that came from, you think that might be part of the problem? Dang that's crazy!"
