When edge painting the edges of the card holders I'm doing, I have to independently hold them during the drying process for about 8 minutes while flipping it one side to the other in order to keep paint from sliding and forming bumps.

I ran the numbers and to do all 4 coats of the 27 units that's 14h of very boring work.

Maybe there's a better way but I haven't found out yet.

Sounds like a combination between a champagne bottle turning machine and some crazy Japanese gadget I see in a bubble tea cafe.

You need a holder thingie that slowly spins

There's also these things spinning over fire to slowly roast big pieces.

Yeah I think that's what I need

I would do it with a drill.

If you mange to fix the drill lever at minimum speed with a rubber band and put a bar with the holders in it, that should be fine.

You can just put a cheap 4x4 with a ball bearing at the end of the stick for support if needed.
