That’s part of my thesis, if government does kill major mining, and everyone is running a jPro or an S9 or a few or even some Bit Axes, the game changes.
The game changes completely.
If it's just after a difficulty adjustment and we loose 25-50% of hash power suddenly it's blocks every 20min instead.
