Yeah I know what you mean. Not a fan of the public lambastings, but for instance, I actually got a more direct and quicker response and resolution for issues I had with certain companies (dealt with via DM) than going through their official channels.

yup, DM is the way.

remember pre-broadband internet when you had to wait over 30mins to talk to someone 💀
