It's in ham, hot dogs, bacon, sauces, deli meats....people literally think they are eating keto or carnivore but I cant stop seeing corn syrup or sugar added

Always look at the ingredients, and stay away from any and all seed oil and corn syrup

I basically eat the same list food all the time

Keep it simple and I don't have to worry about ingesting fiat posion

Yes, had Oscar Mayer uncured deli ham, thought I grabbed honey ham. I should've checked the ingredients, but it was sweet so I'm guessing there was sugar in it.

Yep, whole, real foods are the way to go. Most supermarket sausages (for example) are just filled with carbs and water!

its wild, i was like oh this is probably why i was plateauing....ugh. now i have to watch even closer than i do already

Yeah it's actually a big shift in mentality and habits once you realise the harms of the modern supermarket. 90% of it is complete garbage! But the great thing about cooking is that you can make a lot of your own things where you start with whole foods and know 100% what's in it ๐Ÿ˜Š
