Sometimes I wonder if zaps would flow more if primal had a private zap feature. Thoughts?
They can always send the payment to the lnadress. If I had to guess it’s because the majority of people come here with nothing in the first place so what bitcoin they have was zapped to them and they want to hang onto it.
It would be great to have private zaps as an option. A couple of other clients support them (Damus and Amethyst off the top of my head), and it’s nice having the option. For me, there are a few times I want to send them private and the rest I’m ok with them being public. But I’ve heard others say they prefer all of theirs to be private. I think having the option/feature gives more people freedom to zap.
I always tell people I help to zap privately or anonymously. Otherwise, they might become a target. There are simply people here who don't want to see or understand it. Annoying, and then there are the people who find it funny. Sad, but unfortunately true.
