Why are you thinking about it?
The high yield savings and having everything within the app (loans, IRA, banking)
I just know the business from an investor POV.
The thesis at the time was indeed their digital first banking format and restructuring of student debt.
Here in South Africa we have so much FinTech that I could see major similarities to them and several local FinTech companies, and if it works here, it'll most certainly work well for the US market.
I mean, who doesn't like an interest bearing savings account in 2025, without the fees.

yeah, i tried to close a stock account. when i spoke with them over the phone, they told me that it couldn't technically be closed, but they would stop sending me statements and mail. weird.
