I rely heavily on extra virgin olive oil. The issue for me is snacks. They love pre-packaged things and most of them are cooked in seed oils. Sadly. I try really hard to do fresh fruits and veggies but we have so many activities with homeschool and what not then grab and go is the most convenient. I do plan on adding ghee to my repertoire soon

Hmm I would recommend dried fruit slices, they taste pretty good and are easy to make with a smoker or air fryer. You can also prep them in zip lock bags ahead of time to for a quick grab and go. I'll find my old recipe book and share with you what I have.
