For years now i switch to cold before leaving the shower; loving it ever since. It‘s like a reset. You get to feel your self aligned with this crazy focus. I can also recommend his „inner fire“ breathing exercise. There are videos from him in all kinds of languages. I think you found yourself a new habit which you won‘t give up any time soon ;) Enjoy.
