When someone sends you dust ammounts from an address which looks simmilar to yours. They hope you confuse their address with your own and mistakingly send some coins to their address. You can "defend" against this attack by never reusing addresses.
While researching this scam video and looking at the scammer's address I see this strange warning about "address poisoning". What does it mean?
