Try to preserve time to exercise and reflect everyday. Helps clear my head and be more present. It’s great that you are proactively identifying what’s important! And GM!

GM Booms! What’s your go to exercise to clear your head?

Lifting free weights, jogging, walking are best for reflection. I do enjoy team sports too for fun but that doesn’t really provide the space for clearing head

Team sports never did it for me. Give me a contact sport or put me in the woods. Now I CrossFit just to be a better hiker.

I hear that, CrossFit is tough but that explains your epic hikes!

Right?! It has done wonders for my hiking. What use to feel like a trek is a meander now.
