Lifting free weights, jogging, walking are best for reflection. I do enjoy team sports too for fun but that doesnāt really provide the space for clearing head

Itās only a short 30 min trail behind my house.

Oh that actually sounds really lovely. I have a few walking trails that love revisiting regularly. Thereās something more ritualistic about it.
I know every step. It allows me to get out of my current head space. My form of meditation.
I used to be more adventurous around my area. But since my puppers passed Ive been pretty routine out back.

She went with me everywhere. Traveled coast to coast in Canada twice with me. Been more places than most people š.
I fed her mostly carnivore and she lived passed her18th year. She was a Collie/Shepard mix about the same size as your puppers.

I have not been to Newfie Land.
It was on the itinerary when we visited the east coast. But our time wasnāt very structured and the time on the fairy wouldāve ate to much time.
A direct flight to the island seemed more appropriate next trip.
Definitely. The west coast of NL is the best part of Canada in my humble opinion. I know youāre a hunt/fish fella - itās unbeatable.

The island is VASTLY different in climate from side to side. Itās a 9.5 hour end to end. Mosquitos? Weāve got em. Worse inland, but I wear a net at least a few times in the summer.
I spent probably 2 hours asking ai about Newfoundland and looking up home sales. Iām becoming fascinated with the place.
