It’s interesting too because flowers don’t bloom linearly. Much of the flower’s time is spent in bud formation, preparing for the bloom. There are even many times during early spring when the weather remains too cold and the flower in bud formation just sits in a stasis, waiting for the right bloom conditions. When the right conditions arrive the flower blooms very quickly.
Definitely many human life-lessons observable in plants.

I like to brush the soil away from my seeds to see if they are germinating. This is the life advice I need. I just want to hurry up and see things thriving!
