Go look into Dr. Jack Kruse, and Dr. Max Gulhane to get you started. Anecdotally, I’ve been sitting outside most morning sipping coffee as the sun comes up for about 15min this summer. No sunburns, even after being outside in full sun exposure for up to 6 hours straight… no sunscreen

Sun burns happen when you are nutrient deficient. You sound like you eat well.

Much better eating than I used to as of Jan. of this year!
