7 CIVILIZATION PEACE TREATY
Framework for peace in Ukraine, reformation, and global reunification.
Brazil, China, India, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Nigeria, and the United States of America.
PRELUDE:
“In all history, there is no instance of a country having benefited from prolonged warfare. Only one who knows the disastrous effects of a long war can realize the supreme importance of rapidity in bringing it to a close” – Sun Tzu, The Art of War, ~500 B.C.
War begets war. More than 300,000 men and over 40,000 civilians have died since February 2022. This number, from the fog of war, will likely grow larger when the dust settles. The resulting disruption to the global food supply, coupled with climate-related crop yield decreases, will likely cause 10x more deaths by famine by the end of 2023. Technology has removed us from the horrors of the battlefield and the crypts of the deep. With less than 2% of the entire population having experienced war, time has numbed our collective conscience from the heartbreak and anguish that will echo for generations.
Let us remember Theodore Roosevelt when he said “walk softy, but carry a big stick.” Let us remember that the United States has a 10x larger, more experienced, and more advanced naval force than any other country in the world and can shut down global trade indefinitely. Let us remember that the United States has 10x less import vulnerabilities and can domestically source a total war indefinitely. Let us remember that the United States has 10x more warfare experience than any other modern army through the countless mistakes over the last 73 years. The U.S. is the most advanced, capable, and experienced military force in the world, yet the LOUDEST voice for more death, destruction, and devastation while giving Ukraine surplus leftovers.
War is the TOTAL AND ABJECT failure of governance, diplomacy, and strategy. The U.S. and NATO provoked Russia and are exasperating the crisis with old stockpiles instead of demonstrating moral courage. No one will be happy with the following treaty, just as no one is happy with this war, but the U.S. must accelerate and aggressively pursue peace.
This treaty is not to simply end the Russian-Ukraine war, but to align ALL COUNTRIES and ALL PEOPLES to face an enemy much worse than each other. Our climate is changing, and our species too young to accurately predict WHEN catastrophic consequences will occur. We must end human-to-human warfare and reassess our global strategy to our new enemy that is unpredictable, unforgiving, and borderless.
In this pursuit, a global peace must not assimilate all civilizations, all cultures, or all peoples. It is the very diversity of our beliefs, our ways, and our stories that provide our species the best chance to avoid totalitarianism. A ‘one world government’ is extremely dangerous because it affords the heighten risk of the oppression of minorities, the stagnation of technological development and a simple truth of nature—hive minds cannot adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
