Eyyy don't worry about it. I'm sure for every negative comment you get there are at least as many people just not trying to comment because they like what you're doing or are satisfied, or simply don't have an opinion. It's for better or worse, the nature of the social internet.

I think it's a cool idea, no angst from me toward zbd. My only comment would be, I don't like wait lists 😎
