Any tips on how to make homemade jerky?
I just use my dehydrator. Dont have a fixed recipe though, i try different seasonings each time, although i do like spicy jerky the best. My husband mixed up this batch, so not exactly sure.
Neat. I don't have a dehydrator, but I may try leaving some strips of beef to dry in my oven at the lowest setting like I do with herbs and see if that works.
A long time ago i used my oven, it works, just use the lowest setting.
