I think there's a probability that the powers behind the scenes wanted this outcome. If the recession hits like it seems it must, Donald Trump and "populism" will be holding the bag. Take the fall now for a greater gain in the future.
I'm surprised there weren't more suitcases of ballots appearing this go around.
