The purpose of all meditations and practices is to learn how to direct your attention. It doesn't make you free, it makes you strong to realize it. Understand the essence, deeply understand who I am. More important than the practice itself is the direction and application of your power. What the fruits of your practice are directed towards. The practice itself is not the end. The fruits of practice, attention and mindfulness, we should apply as fruits of our daily life, and where we direct our attention. But what are they for? To go deeper. That's what the Master is for. Practice gives peace of mind - clarity in the moment. And this is the depth where you can sort out your habits, cling to something, keep something out. Each of you can find some moments and find it sincerely. When we live through thoughts, emotions. Thoughts are just thoughts. Emotions are just things that come and go. In these moments you have to use the power to recognize in a dream that it's a dream. You can realize that you are more than body, thoughts, moods. A level of peace, trust, acceptance. Clarity gives the realization that all is well, it gives freedom. Everything that happens in life is as it should be. You don't have to change anything, you are free. You are the Creator. Your energy is where your attention is. Your thoughts become so powerful, they can change the external environment at the level of an atom. That's quantum physics.
Always know where your attention is. Don't believe your thoughts and emotions, don't look at it seriously, it's all change. Start with this. All is Love ๐
