I’ve found Brave Search to be quite good, especially the new AI summaries they’ve enabled. It’s got the ability to put your own filters or ranking rules on searches, which is neat. They have their own crawler, too so it really is independent from the big ones.

Startpage.com uses google results but serves general ads instead of targeted ads.
