Yep. The rock singer’s voice often goes through painfully bad decline after many years.
Notable vocal declines that come to my mind and are unbearable:
James Hetfield - Metallica
Geddy Lee - Rush
David Lee Roth - VH
Axl Rose - GnR (yes, already stated)
Geoff Tate - Queensrÿche (but to a less cringey amount)
