What are the others?

Surprisingly, hazelnut meal. Discovered by accident. Was cohosting a virtual team building cooking activity and didn't have bread crumbs so substituted hazelnut meal. It ended up tasting spectacular so today I use a mix of hazelnut meal and bread crumbs. It's my most requested dish by family and friends. Let me know if you ever try it!

I used to work for a man from the middle east who had a pretty well known restaurant in Seattle, right on Green Lake. i would go in on Sunday when he was closed and make the fresh pasta.

Got pretty good at it after a while. Half durham wheat, half semolina…
