idk why i like it, i just like it... but it's important that it isn't fast moving or distracting, just better than staring at black
Okay yea that is considerably better. I had tried this years ago and couldn't handle it but maybe I'll give it another shot with settings closer to yours.
I guess the most charitable take on it is that it's like having ambient or background music on while working rather than being in a silent room - which I absolutely do - but for your visual system :)
yeah, for me the noise reduces my sense of agitation

i could tell you about other reasons why some of us are feeling really buzzed out by something out there but this trend clearly shows we are not alone
