Walked a mall yesterday to do some shopping. By end of day, I had almost 4,500 steps. 😯

Last time I did that many was the Vancouver airport in May …. and my foot seriously hurt the next day, and a bit of the day after that. 😭

Today, foot was a tiny bit sore, but I was able to do my foot exercises and my body workout without pain. 🎉

Slowly getting better, and very hopeful about 10,000 steps by December 2026.

Cool! 🦵🦶 What for workouts do you do if I may ask?

I hired a personal trainer at the beginning of the year to craft a workout for me with my age and goals in mind. Right now, I do a lighter, modified version because I was a little too enthusiastic to start and couldn’t maintain that pace. 😅

I use resistance arm bands and a yoga mat for the floor exercises. If you want the actual exercises, I can write them out for you.

I want something small I can do every day, even headache days, vs. a big workout 3-5 times a week. That feels more sustainable to me for the next 30+ years on this side of The Hill.
