Made the 5 hour drive to check out this absolutely special 120 acre parcel today. 120 acres is massive. I spent 2 hours walking the lot and stood on maybe 50% of it.
I really want to turn this into a regenerative ranch / human paradise and raise a family here. I’m going to law of attraction this shit into reality. Watch me.

I’ve been looking for the right parcel for years but I’m finally on the cusp of being able to afford the land and the build. Hopefully within the year I’ll have the land secured. This has been my goal for a decade… low time preference ftw
What does 120 acres cost where you’re at?
This is listed for 300k but it’s fully raw land so needs all utilities and a bridge. It’s a huge undertaking. Can’t wait
