If you want to send a like to someone and you know they won’t see it, who is the like for ?

Likes are simply a quick friendly gesture. Like in a nice society giving a smile or wave.

We could turn likes off. Then we can see which people don’t want friendly pleasantries.

People who are snooty like this we can unfollow and mute.

I am looking for a friendly place, with the least amount of snooty people.

We could make it all about money and power.
