After I move, I’m gonna work on not drinking.

1) This is (almost) the only thing I haven’t removed that’s slowing down my healthy lifestyle journey

2) I wake up with regret just about every time I drink

3) I will be able to stack an obscene amount of more sats

4) I will eliminate a huge point of distraction from my life

Only reason I’m not starting now is bc my friends are throwing me a going away party and I’m calling that the last banger.

Water has amazing energy memory. The higher the vibe you put into it the better!

Lots of Bitcoiners either rarely drink or don’t at all. Thinking this is the way tbh

A one or two months of no booze, eating mostly animal-based food, and consistent exercise will make it difficult to go back in any meaningful way.

Experiencing health is a one-way function.

Heard. Honestly upset with myself that I got to a point where the stuff I was consuming felt anywhere close to “normal” or even “okay.” I’ve come a long way though for sure.

Don’t sweat it, many of us have lived a fiat-lifestyle, but there’s always opportunity for redemption.

Best of luck with your health journey, it’s done me a world of good and the second and third-order benefits only compound🤙🏽

I've just finished watching this movie with my wife. It shows the pros and cons of alcohol in a nice way.

I used to be a heavy binger drinker in my early 20s. Stop drinking and late night partying was one of the best decisions of my life.

I loved drinking with the boys or back in the day when bars were fun.

My body doesn't love me drinking.
