I wonder if the computer I run my truenas on has enough juice to run this

AMD Ryzen 7 5700U with Radeon Graphics. It’s 8 cores (16 threads)

Integrated Radeon graphics. Not a separate dedicated gpu

I run some small text models on similar hardware, but I've never tried image gen.

Other option is Mac mini m1. Most probably faster but it’s the daily driver

Yeah you should still be able to do basic stuff like web browsing etc. The more ram the better though.

It will do it. Just expect each image to take up to 10 minutes to generate.

I actually tested it out to see. About 3 minutes for 512px on SD 1.5
