Why do think it’ss the root of marxism? Not heard this one before.
Discussion
Best thing I can do is point you to the Sovereign Nations playlist on YouTube called "The Theology of Marxism." But if you want to go deeper, the New Discourses podcast (he reads from original sources), or the books of James Lindsay. But even Rothbard touched on it quite a bit. As did Voegelin and del Noche.
It's quite a rabbit hole!
Interesting. I am not disagreeing with you. You are probably correct. I havent delved deep enough into it.
I just think it possible to believe “God is within all us” as in the “The Holy Spirit is within all us”. It just takes surrending to God and believing in Jesus died for our sins to eventually notice the Holy Spirit within us.
As a Christian I believe the Holy Spirit is a gift to believers, he is not given to unbelievers.
But what they mean is effectively pantheism, that God *is* us, and cannot be revealed as such, until we are all one (Communism). God is effectively scattered and trapped in many shards and *we* must free *him* by melding our individualities into one collective being. It's a religion, complete with a metaphysic, an epistemology, an ethic, and an eschatology...
Although it sounds like
An honest and nice belief its false.
You can’t notice the Holy Spirit within you since you don’t have it. You can obtain the Holy Spirit by getting to intimately know Jesus through his word literally.
Read John 1
In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was God.
You can’t claim to know Jesus or the Holy Spirit until you get to know the mind of God through his Word aka Scripture.
Please read the New Testament.
“That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, concerning the Word of life— the life was manifested, and we have seen, and bear witness, and declare to you that eternal life which was with the Father and was manifested to us— that which we have seen and heard we declare to you, that you also may have fellowship with us; and truly our fellowship is with the Father and with His Son Jesus Christ.”
